1. Wat deze pagina behandelt
Dit beleid legt uit hoe https://magiccleaner.nl (geëxploiteerd door Magiq Formula v.o.f., Kingsfordweg 151, 1043 GR Amsterdam, Nederland, KVK 90078381, BTW NL865203593B01) informatie op uw apparaat opslaat. Op grond van de EU-richtlijn inzake privacy en elektronische communicatie zijn dezelfde toestemmingsregels van toepassing op elke opslagtechnologie — niet alleen HTTP-cookies, maar ook browser-lokale opslag, die deze site daadwerkelijk gebruikt. Wij plaatsen geen server-side cookies.

3. Wat wij NIET gebruiken
Wij gebruiken geen Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, advertentiecookies, cross-site tracking of enige technologie voor gedragsadvertenties. Er is momenteel niets op deze site dat een "accepteren/weigeren"-keuze voor analyses vereist, omdat er geen optionele tracking bestaat.
4. Externe bronnen van derden
Deze pagina laadt weblettertypen van Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) zodat tekst consistent wordt weergegeven. Het laden van een lettertype omvat een verzoek aan de servers van Google, die uw IP-adres zullen zien als een normaal onderdeel van dat verzoek. Google Fonts plaatst geen advertentiecookies via deze integratie. Wij evalueren of we deze lettertypen zelf kunnen hosten om dit externe verzoek volledig te elimineren.
5. Juridische grondslag
Bovenstaande items zijn vrijgesteld van toestemming op grond van artikel 5, lid 3 van de ePrivacy-richtlijn, omdat zij strikt noodzakelijk zijn om de door u expliciet gevraagde dienst (een functionerende winkel, winkelmandje en account) te leveren. Indien wij ooit iets introduceren dat verder gaat dan strikt noodzakelijke opslag, zullen wij eerst uw toestemming vragen via een correcte voorkeursbanner en deze pagina bijwerken voordat wij dit doen.
6. Opslag beheren of wissen
U kunt de lokale opslag op elk moment wissen via uw browserinstellingen (meestal onder "Privacy" / "Sitegegevens" / "Browsegegevens wissen"). Hierdoor wordt u uitgelogd, wordt uw winkelmandje leeggemaakt en worden uw taalvoorkeur en cookie-meldingbevestiging gereset.

1. What this page covers
This policy explains how https://magiccleaner.nl (operated by Magiq Formula v.o.f., Kingsfordweg 151, 1043 GR Amsterdam, Netherlands, KVK 90078381, VAT NL865203593B01) stores information on your device. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, the same consent rules apply to any storage technology — not only HTTP cookies but also browser local storage, which is what this site actually uses. We do not set any server-side cookies.

3. What we do NOT use
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or any behavioural-advertising technology. There is currently nothing on this site that requires an "accept/reject" analytics choice, because no optional tracking exists.
4. Third-party resources
This page loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) so that text renders consistently. Loading a font involves a request to Google's servers, which will see your IP address as a normal part of that request. Google Fonts does not set advertising cookies through this integration. We are evaluating self-hosting these fonts to remove this external request entirely.
5. Legal basis
The items above are exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you explicitly requested (a functioning shop, basket and account). Where we ever introduce anything beyond strictly-necessary storage, we will ask for your consent first via a proper preference banner, and will update this page before doing so.
6. Managing or clearing storage
You can clear local storage at any time via your browser settings (usually under "Privacy" / "Site data" / "Clear browsing data"). Doing so will log you out, empty your basket, and reset your language preference and cookie-notice acknowledgement.
